Author Shelly Goodman Wright

Hello all.  Yes, I know it's been awhile since my last blog.  It's been quite a busy summer already and with little "quiet time" the writing is slow...very slow.  We also added a new puppy to the Wright household (our 17 year old Chihuahua died a month or so) and needless to say, the girls are enjoying the playful pup and I'm running her outside every few hours. 

For those not following me on facebook, I have begun the new novel.  At almost 3000 words, I'm close to having chapter one finished.  I've got the first page on my FB Page "a light into the darkness--series".   There is no title yet for the new novel, but I do have a few I'm playing around with.  Here is the short synopsis...

"2.8 million Humans are missing. While the President scramble’s to get control, a new set of leaders against the current regime begin to form sub-cities across the U.S. One woman is willing to risk her soul to save the one person she could never forget, even though she may already be too late."
